Pomegranate, pear, and mozzarella cheese salad, butternut squash ravioli, and bread with avocado spread, and olive spread. It’s been my goal this week to barely do any cooking. Luckily we had this awesome lunch at a friend’s house this afternoon that was so good and filling that I didn’t need to make dinner. Maybe I can get invited to lunch somewhere tomorrow?
