Chunky vegetarian chili, and black bean and cheese quesadillas. Continuing with chili month, this was a simple vegetarian chili. As far as chilis go, I give this one a solid B. It didn’t have anything that gave it an extra special factor. It was just okay.

It was missing an extra texture. It didn’t even have to be meat; just something different to add to the mostly beans mushy texture. It definitely had good flavor though.
